Pilot cohort

Test one channel program. Then go wider.

A 90-day pilot for brands that want a real program in market, real feedback from reps and partners, and a small peer group working through the same channel problems.

Why a cohort

Channel teams should not have to learn every lesson alone.

Most incentive programs fail quietly. Reps stop submitting. Partners ignore the offer. The team cannot reconcile the story. The cohort gives you a focused pilot and a room of people comparing what actually changed.

Typical pilot

  • - You test alone
  • - You learn from your own data only
  • - Check-ins drift to status updates
  • - The relationship ends if you stop

Incenify cohort

  • - 5 non-competing brands
  • - Same 90-day scorecard
  • - Working reviews every other week
  • - Clear scale-or-stop decision

What is included

Enough structure to launch. Enough room to learn.

Platform access, hands-on setup, and program reviews with peer brands.

Platform access

Full pilot access for claim capture, validation, rewards, payouts, and reporting.

Hands-on setup

We help choose the first program, configure the rules, and get the channel ready.

Program reviews

Structured sessions around claims, rewards, payments, reporting, and what changed.

Issue tracking

A shared place for questions, decisions, exceptions, and follow-up after launch.

Success metrics

The scorecard is agreed upfront, then reviewed weekly against real behavior.

Scale decision

The 90-day review shows whether to scale, adjust, or stop.

90-day path

A clear path from interest to the decision table.

01

Apply

Share the program you want to run and the channel you want to move.

02

Select

We curate non-competing brands so the room is useful and candid.

03

Set up

Rules, reward paths, claim flow, and reporting are configured around the first program.

04

Launch

The program goes live with weekly review and bi-weekly workflow checks.

05

Review

At 90 days, we look at lift, claim quality, payout outcomes, and what should change.

06

Decide

Scale, adjust, or walk away with your data and the peer network intact.

Good fit

  • - You sell through retail, distributors, dealers, installers, resellers, or similar partner channels.
  • - You have one incentive program that is underperforming or one new program you want to launch with a clear readout.
  • - A decision-maker is involved before the 90-day review.
  • - You are willing to review what worked and what broke with a small group of non-competing brands.

Probably not a fit

  • - You need a six-month procurement process before anyone can test.
  • - You want a self-serve sandbox without setup help or peer sessions.
  • - You cannot identify a first program, partner group, or outcome to measure.

Cohort questions

FAQ

How many brands are in a cohort?+

Five brands maximum. Small groups make the conversations more useful and make it easier to protect competitive boundaries.

Do competitors join the same group?+

No. We review every application and place brands in non-competing groups. If the timing is not right, we will suggest a future cohort or a direct pilot.

What happens in the peer sessions?+

Each brand brings the real program status: submissions, approved claims, denied claims, rewards issued, payouts, exceptions, and what needs to change.

Do we have to share confidential data?+

No. You control what you share. The useful parts are usually patterns, decisions, and lessons, not private financial detail.

What happens after 90 days?+

You decide whether to scale, adjust, or stop. If you continue, the pilot fee credits toward the annual contract. If you do not, your data exports cleanly.
